When will my order be shipped?

Our laddus are packed in food-grade, sealed containers to ensure freshness and prevent damage during transit. Furthermore, they are packed carefully in corrugated boxes to prevent any damage to your order.

No, we pride ourselves on using traditional recipes with minimal processing and no artificial preservatives.

What is your return/refund policy?

Given we ship edible items, we do not offer any refunds other the criteria listed below. 

Damaged items would result in Full refund or replacement.
