Kalpana taught chemistry for decades. She understood molecular bonds, precise measurements, reaction temperatures - the science of how things come together perfectly. But what she truly wanted was to create something of her own. Something that brought people joy. Something rooted in the flavours she'd grown up with.

In 2023, in the heart of Indore, that dream became Kaashi Foods.

Kalpana applied the same precision she brought to her classroom to the craft of making laddus. Not approximations. Not handfuls and guesses. Exact ratios of grade-A besan, pure desi ghee, and natural sweeteners - measured, roasted, and rolled to the same standard every single time.

Our laddus are made with pure desi ghee, carefully sourced besan, and natural sweeteners - including dates, which give our guilt-free range its sweetness without a gram of refined sugar. No artificial flavours. No colours. No preservatives of any kind.
